Identical in weight and MPG, the 350 had 254 ft-lb @ 3000rpm, 232hp @ 5750. The 320 had 229ft-lb @ 3000, 215hp @ 5600. Don't ask me why the larger displacement version breathed better at high rpm, maybe the 350 has a slightly hotter cam or bigger valves?
