It is different. I really like it on my slack setup but some things
aren't intuitive. For instance setting the time. Double clicking on
the clock loads a calendar but has no option to set the time, at least
none that I saw. Instead the time is set in the settings section. But
I feel kde is far superior to gnome in window arrangement and
widgeting. Granted there are programs that compliment gnome and that
is a good approach also. Basically it is a wonderful thing to have so
many options or so few, to each their own. Anyway googling about the
network manager I found an interesting read about the it and gnome.
