[MiamiDx] Database/Domains is broken

Is this a known bug in MiamiDx 0.9j? I seem to remember it being discussed here
before. The list of local domains is completely ignored and unused for DNS
lookups. I know you discourage its use Holger, but please let us choose
ourselves. :)
