I am installing midgard 1.2.6b2 on redhat 6.1, apache 1.3.11, and
mysql 3.22.30
i got through midgard-lib and midgard-data ok, but i am now trying to
install mod_midgard and i get the following errors:
i ran
./configure --with-midgard=/usr/local/lib
- --with-apache=/usr/sbin/apache_1.3.11
and it configured fine...
loading cache ./config.cache
checking for a BSD compatible install... (cached) /usr/bin/install -c
checking for apxs... (cached) apxs
checking for mgd_connect in -lmidgard... (cached) yes
checking how to run the C preprocessor... (cached) cc -E
checking for midgard.h... (cached) yes
checking for working const... (cached) yes
creating ./config.status
creating Makefile
i then ran 'make' and i got the following error:
apxs -c -I/usr/local/lib/include -L/usr/local/lib/lib -lmidgard
mod_midgard.c
make: apxs: Command not found
make: *** [mod_midgard.so] Error 127
I am not the best when it comes to tracking down linux problems, but
it seems that ./configure found apxs and make cant use it. does
anyone have any suggestions? what is Error 127?
