As I put in the original post, it does this with Netinstall and normal boot.

I have a 411 that I put a new license key on so I could upgrade to 5.x.
Now when it boots the console shows:

The same error when trying to do a normal boot or to do a Netinstall.
Any suggestions on how to make this board work?
