Hello Ishita, As I told you yesterday, not all the devices support accessibility out of the box like in the case of samsung grand which is a JB device. It would be better if you can find a dealer who can demostrate the device to you by starting accessibility. also see whether you are comfortable with the screen size because a wider screen would afford you more flexibility in typing. Samsung music duos is difficult to type on even for a sighted person. all the best.
