LG has some special accessibility features such as triple tapping to start and stop TalkBack. You have to first enable the option, but after that it is quite a help. L90 has a better camera and more internal storage, as well as a slightly bigger screen size. But its sibling the L70 comes at a slightly lower price, around 12500-13000, and its also a pretty decent option. The other obvious option is the Moto G, but it does not have a micro sd card support and that could be a downer for some.
