hi austin, I seems to found the way to answer the call in mi phones, I recently tried it with redmi note3, and most of the time it worked for me. when the phone rings, a little up from bottom of the screen, swype left to right from one finger, the talkback will say, swype up to answer the call, then swype up from 2 fingers.
