Can't easily do that. Due to circumstances outside of my control (at least right now), users must be able to set up their own docroots, and this means they have to set up the fastcgi wrappers on their own. Besides, not everybody has a file system that supports +i. And +i isn't very liked in sysadmin circles. The usual tar.gz backup does not restore it, and that makes restoring a full system backup more prone to errors (which is definitely a no-no, system administration is already too error-prone as it is).
