It seems the buyer left a bad feedback not only because of the condition of the poster but also because he hadn't gotten any communication from the seller and didn't receive his refund. I sell a lot on Ebay and for those few times in which a buyer was unhappy with something they bought from me, I responded quickly and refunded as soon as I received my item back. That helps avoid a bad feedback. I leave automatic feedback for buyers but I have it set-up so that I don't leave any feedback unless the buyer initiates positive feedback first. This cuts down on feedback problems. FRANC
