Yesterday Miriam and I drove to view Point Douglas and found very few water birds with the exception of common mergansers. Checked the open water above the bridge at Prescott, WI and same story. The we went to Lake Rebecca and Lock & Dam # 2. Only mallards, not even one gull. Too much open water I guess.
