Hi David,
Could you please provide details of the way in which you are building
both MPIR and GMP-ECM? That is, what OS (Linux/Unix/WIndows), what ABI
(32/64 bit) and what build tools
(GCC/mingw/cygwin/mingw64/cygwin64/MSVC/Intel)?
