Ever seen that (or similar)? %)

I'll ask for the full MPIR build log...

I'm trying to build Sage 6.2 (latest version from
http://www.sagemath.org/) from the source distribution.

After running "make", it built for an hour before failing when trying to
build
package: mpir-2.6.0.p4.

A section of the mpir-2.6.0.p4 log file containing the error is below.
I'm trying to make sage in redhat version 5.7 Tikanga. The system is
64Bit, CPU is an Intel Xeon processor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

************************************************************************
Please email sage-devel (http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel)
explaining the problem and including the relevant part of the log file
   /home/user_test/test/sage-6.2/logs/pkgs/mpir-2.6.0.p4.log
Describe your computer, operating system, etc.
If you want to try to fix the problem yourself, *don't* just cd to
/home/user_test/test/sage-6.2/local/var/tmp/sage/build/mpir-2.6.0.p4 and
type 'make' or whatever is appropriate.
Instead, the following commands setup all environment variables
correctly and load a subshell for you to debug the error:
   (cd
'/home/user_test/test/sage-6.2/local/var/tmp/sage/build/mpir-2.6.0.p4'
&& '/home/user_test/test/sage-6.2/sage' --sh)
When you are done debugging, you can type "exit" to leave the subshell.
