Sadly there is something wrong with the vsyasm 64-bit binary at: http://www.tortall.net/projects/yasm/releases/vsyasm-1.3.0-win64.zip I have reported this to Peter Johnson but in the meantime I have put a working version on my web site at: brgladman.org/vsyasm.zip for those who need it.
