I have merged all remaining patches for MPIR-2.7.0 that I am aware of. These include:
* Minor fix for mpir_config.py * Other minor Windows fixes * Fix for mpirxx.h (INTMAX_MAX, UINTMAX_MAX) Once again, if no further patches are submitted over the next few days, we'll begin beta testing.
