Some limits seem reasonable though. http://musicbrainz.org/track/6bf048fe-f666-4bae-ba66-5caf31af401f.html for example - under the proposed guideline that'd be (2003-04-12: Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, MN, USA) If we allow any info people want to add and someone decides to change it all the way to something like (2003-04-12: Walker Art Center, 1750 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403, USA) or (2003-04-12: Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN, USA) or even (2003-04-12: Walker Art Center, 44.967257 longitude, -93.288474 latitude, Minneapolis, MN, USA) then you're really wandering into clutter... After a certain point it becomes almost a distraction from understanding where something is from, which as I understand it is the point of adding the information.
