There is a need to clarify the "imdb" format once and for all and write
the wiki doc to reflect so as well as the JS code to work accordingly.

At present the wiki doc says to add "imdb" url's without the preceding
"www.", however at present the only way the AR JS code selects the
imdb relationship automatically is if it is part of the url.
As you can see this could and is causing confusion as the wiki doc
says do one thing yet the system is designed for convenience in a way
that contradicts what is told to do.
On early additions of my own, I was 'yelled :)' at for doing so and
now when trying to point this out to noobz as well as some far from
noob I have had a few people argue the point.
So could we pick a format and make it consistent throughout.
