There are many applications where we don't know yet what the implications may be (RDF webservice, the new xml webservice, the client libraries).. I'm not sure that this will be included in the new server release, I just commited it to trunk such that we can test it from the mb_server perspective. But I hope, and don't expect otherwise, that the beta testing works out and that the changes in the libraries will be as trivial as the change to mb_server.
