Details:
On OSX under X11.app all the tool windows will stay on top of all other
windows until they are closed. Clicking on other windows does not push them
back, they always stay on top. For instance, if you open the preferences
window, the tool windows will always stay on top even if you click and drag
the window around. Even the tooltips and dialog windows show up behind the
tool windows. Tool windows even stay on top of windows for native OSX apps. I
attached a couple screenshots to show what I mean.
