Follow-up Comment #3, bug #15838 (project mypaint):
Ok, nevermind those were the wrong lines. I counted wrong. Anyway I think I
got it. Commenting out line 73 results in the best behavior. Tooltips menus
dialogs and other windows now sit on top of the tool windows. Only the GTK
color selector stays on top of other windows with this edit. Commenting line
74 doesn't do anything to fix the issue. Commenting line 75 results in the
tool windows going behind the main window when a menu item is selected, which
I assume is not the correct behavior. Let me know what your thoughts are on
these results. Thanks.
