OpenNMS is rock solid.  It's definitely not as easy to configure as some of
the others (especially as far as graphing is concerned), but it's getting
better.  Incredibly reliable however, and scales extremely well.

Very helpful mailing list also.

I'd definitely recommend giving it a test run.
