Nick,
I don't have much time right now, so I'll be brief (sorry about that) :
- file::up-to-do is for checking a single file - <uptodate> task is for checking multiple files
Hope this helps,
Gert

Subject: [Nant-users] Query about function file::up-to-date in latest
nightly build
Hi all,
I've got the latest night build of nant and nant-contrib (thanks to all who helped). I've made some changes to my build files and included some of the functionality of 0.85 that I was after. So far, everything is working well.
I have a bit of a query about, although it is not really a problem at the moment.
Wherever I had the old syntax 'uptodatefile' in my build files, I get warnings that it is now deprecated, and to use the function ${file::up-to-date(comparefile, uptodatefile)} instead.
With 'uptodatefile', I was able to use file sets. Am I still able to do this with the function? The syntax of the function would indicate not, but there I may be missing something .
Nick.
