It's not completely clear to me whether you're trying to seek help for a way to integrate Ultracopier into nautilus or you already have something ready and want feedback. Anyway, assuming it's the former, I don't see it really feasible with the current nautilus infrastructure, as you can't override the main Copy/Paste handlers. What you could do, with an extension, is adding Ultracopier custom menu items to the context menu, but you can't assign keyboard shortcuts to them (see [1]).
