Just an update on NCC (the php/mysql nessus tool we are working on). I know i said release was "imminent" a month ago, but we all know how things can go in open source development. However, we are closer than ever and just trying to work out a few bugs/features. Expect a limited release for beta testers within a few weeks, for those that can wait. Thanks for the potential beta testers patience.

There is a list of tools related to Nessus maintained at: http://www.nessus.org/related/index.html You might take a look at it as it should provide several answers. There is also something called Nessus Command Center that Tony Howlett et al. have been working on. It promises to store / schedule scans and put results in a MYSQL database. Search the list archives for more info.
