As answered on IRC, but repeated here for others benefits my belief is
that if it adds value to the project then it should be included.  Lots
of people run the agent as root and would benefit from such code.
Security-wise folk may even want to use the code, but move it to an
agentx subagent where it can be at least isolated a bit.
