The man page said:
Option "HWCursor" "boolean"
Enable or disable the HW cursor. Default: off.
Hence I was hesitant to try HWCursor off. But that woekd and gave me the
mouse pointer though it's a bit sluggish.
A man page bug, should it be logged?
