I have tried calling someone on an ils server. He can hear me fine, but his
voice comes back very slowly (as if he was talking under water)
I am using a headset and everything tests OK when I run sound recorder and
play back my own voice.
Is there a test site where I can call someone else to see if the problem is
my setup?
