http://www.meetingbywire.com/ICQandNetMeeting.htm has info on the patch and
other fixes, a pointer to a Noel Danjou program to do it
(semi)automatically -- unfortunately the key required depends on the ICQ uin
and can't be fixed so a simple reg file doesn't do the job.
There is also some evidence that the latest version of ICQ and NM won't work
even with this patch-- whose fault I don't know.
