And, that Registry patch is located where?  That is, where is any info on 
who, what and how located ?

If there's ONE patch that stays fairly constant, then we can just write a 
.REG file that can be automatically entered into our or any of our NetMeeting 
or ICQ equipped systems....hopefully...
