The callto: syntax
callto:12345+type=phone
where 12345 is the telephone number ( assumes gateway already specified in
options and selected as the method to make telephone calls)
callto:12345+gateway=gatewaylocation+type=phone
where gatewaylocation is the IP address or name of gateway ( assumes gateway
not selected as the method to make calls -- I think
This is documented in the NetMeeting SDK.
