Do following and u will have no problem.
hope you both have win95 or win 98 will do(not win98SE)
install netmeeting ver 211
make sure both have modem and sound card install without yellow ? mark in
Display property
set sound it tools>>property>>audio to manually adjust not automatic.
test sound for speaker and microphone>make sure working proper.
set connection to your modem or internet speed.
set same server in property
know each your email u made up.
and call each.
