I have installed Netmeeting 3.01 and have successfully sent video and audio
to another Netmeeting 3.01 user. I cannot however, receive video ( I do
receive audio). Under Tools, Video, the Receive option is greyed out and
not available. Anyone have any thoughts on what I've done wrong? I am
using an Intel USB PC Camera and running Windows 98 from my home computer --
No firewalls, networks, etc that I am aware of.

The receive option is normally greyed unless you are in a call and the other
party is transmitting video.
Do you have the automatically receive video option set in Tools -> Options
Video tab or alternately do you press the play button in a call?
Of course both these options require the other end to be equipped with a
video camera and have the option to send set at their end -- are you sure
the other end is transmitting?
