[newbie] Swap file has insecure permissions

Hi all,

Whenever I reboot my Linux Box (Mandrake 5.3 with kernal 2.2.3), I see
a message go by that says "Activating swap partitions swapon:
warning: /dev/hda5 has insecure permissions 0660, 0600 suggested"
and then continues on.  Should I worry about this, and if so how do I fix
it?
