Some newbie discoveries for other newbies :)

You can run some X progs on your linux box, displaying it on another
machine...e.g. your windows machine. Pretty nifty feature, allows me
to have faxes sent to my home linux machine, and displayed on my NT
machine at work via internet.

telnetting into linux/local login,
someXprog -display xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:0.0 (xxx being IP of your Windows'
machine)

on your NT/9x machine, install a Windows Xserver...a free version can
be found here...

Of course, you could display it on another linux machine, but you'd
have to enable access on it first (xhost +)

have fun.
