Try instead entering:
aha152x=0x340,11,7
(change 1520 to 152x)
Or maybe a Plug & Play card grabbed the IRQ 11 from this card. Ensure that
you have reserved the IRQ and DMA resources for this card in the
motherboard BIOS.
