I too have a 5610 and it works fine. Here's mine and it too uses irq 11. MOF, it's sharing with my video card. I don't have any problems, but I haven't tried to dial out while fraggin away in quake3. teehee Bus 0, device 9, function 0: Serial controller: US Robotics/3Com 56K FaxModem Model 5610 (rev 1). IRQ 11. I/O at 0xd800 [0xd807]. Anyway, try ln -s /dev/ttyS4 /dev/modem and choose /dev/modem in kppp. hth, -s
