Basically you need two programmes and a pipe.

try reading man cdparanoia and man cdrecord,

you pipe standard output of cdparanoia to standard input of cdrecord,
but as with all "on the fly writer jobs " it carried risk of bufferunderrun,

so why bother, why not cashe the audio file to harddrive, and then
write to disc.
