I honestly don't think there's an easy way to make Naut yer preferred
FM. Not at least in the way that Gnome2 is setup. With Gnome 1.4+ it was
easy because you had more control over how Naut dealt with the desktop
issue. You can use the "nautilus --no-desktop" command - and even create
a shortcut on your desktop or in your menus...
