I was able to create an iso image of Mandrake 6.1, and I burned it using my
Ricoh MP7040A (actually the oem version, flashed to think it's a MP7040A, and
upgraded to 1.2).
Anyway, after burning the CD (according to the directions on the Mandrake
cassini site), it boots up to the normal console menu familiar from redhat
installs, I hit return, it loads the first stage stuff (followed by
dots.........)
Then it starts loading vmlinuz...............
And then, I get the message "bad gzip magic number... system halted".
Anyone know what this might be?
