Hi,

I would like to know how to prevent
system breaking in updating?
Last time when I took updates
on Mdk9.0 it was like 300mb size?
And when installed it caused
several malfuntions like kde loading
problems, etc. I have experienced
same problems with rh8.0 too.
I was wondering is there any rules
how to take updates? Like which
components shouldn't update in
same time? Or is there any
maintain commands which
should be run after updating
like depmod -a, updatedb, etc.
