It's really quite simple, While standing on one leg and facing east on any
3rd Tuesday of the month, except a leap year....
Oh well, you get the Idea. Doesn't any body else out there find it the least
bit scary that this program was written by a thirteen year old kid, and none
of us grown ups can figure out how to get it to work?
