Enter all three pieces of information in the fields at the top of the window. The "Host" field is for the domain. Leave the "Port" field
empty. Press Enter after you've put your password in the "Pass" field.
Your files are in the left file pane, the server's in the right. Navigate to the server's directory you'll be uploading to. Then navigate the left pane to the files you want to upload; highlight them; then either click the top arrow between the two panes, or press Enter.
You'll find it's pretty straight-forward.
