IF DHCP is not used, you must enter them manually into kppp setup or /etc/resolv.conf (must be done separetely on every machine on your local net, not only the gateway machine). A phone call and your ISP will be glad to tell you all his DSP IP dotted-quad addresses.

I'm afraid we live in a darker side of the universe. Calling the isp for us is pretty much 0% chance.
