gaim-0.59 in on your Mandrake CD
gaim-0.66 is on Texstars download site.
You have already been told how to add urpmi sources. Add one for Texstar and 
you can install it with with your Mandrake Software Manager.


(He also has an RPM for gaim-smileys)
