The word wrap thing is something that Sylpheed doesn't seem to handle that well, or perhaps I'm just not configuring something, I don't know. I didn't explain that right. I did say delete, but I was moving them. I could have just renamed them, but opted to move them instead. I'd move the .Xauthority file to my user /tmp directory. I also tried .ICEauthority as well, but neither helped. Tom Williams
