Greetings!

I've recently installed MDK 9.2 and I'm having no end of problems with my
LS120 and my parallel port Zip drive:

I use the LS120 floppy drive as both a 1.44Mb and 120Mb floppy drive and I
do not have a seperate 1.44Mb floppy drive installed.

The Zip drive is connected to LPT1 and my printer is attached to the Zip
drive.

Here's my /etc/fstab file which was created for me during the installation
process:

---------- 8< ----------
/dev/hda1 / ext3 defaults 1 1
none /dev/pts devpts mode=0620 0 0
/dev/hda6 /home ext3 defaults 1 2
none /mnt/cdrom supermount dev=/dev/
hdc,fs=udf:iso9660,ro,--,iocharset=iso8859-15 0 0
none /mnt/floppy supermount dev=/dev/
hdd,fs=ext2:vfat,--,codepage=850,iocharset=iso8859-15,sync,umask=0 0 0
none /mnt/zip supermount dev=/dev/
sda4,fs=ext2:vfat,--,codepage=850,iocharset=iso8859-15,umask=0 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/hda5 swap swap defaults 0 0
---------- 8< ----------

If I insert a floppy disk in my LS120 and click on the LS120 icon on my
KDE desktop, Konqeror pops up and the /mnt/floppy directory is completely
empty.

If I insert a Zip disk in my Zip drive and click on the Zip drive icon on
my KDE desktop, Konqeror pops up and the /mnt/zip directory is empty.

The strange thing is, I don't have any problems with my CD-ROM drive.

Any/all help in sorting this out would be very much appreciated.
