<snip>Lots of them: Apollon, MlDonkey, LimeWire, etc</snip> I use LimeWire, which not being as good as Kazaa, is more than adequate. If you have hours to spare in order to wait for a download, then Overnet command line client is worth looking at too.
I have major problems with Apollon, It just wont install properly, using the so called "all in one installer". It will screw up halfway during installation, owing to a dependant library or application not being installed, but it wont actually give you too many clues as to what you need to install to rectify the situation! I finally got it to install, and then it wouldnt run...... it hadnt even installed giFT! I asked on the forums, but got the usual silence/unhelpful answers. So, it's binned for the time being. A friend is in the process of rolling me a version, from the source code.
