For me to go online I have to use a proxy, for example proxy.xyz.com. In windows I usually type proxy.xyz.com and 8080 for port. I also do the same for FTP and other services.
I tried to do the same for Linux but with no help. I am running LM9.2 and using gFTP and KBear. I could not set any of them to go.
