Hi Chris,
I would create an alias in your .bashrc file as

alias myEterm=''Eterm -g 120x28 -O -0 --shade 81 -x --buttonbar off
- --scrollbar off'

substitute any name for "myEterm" and any other settings you
wanted, and all you have to remember is the alias name..
