Whoops, Sorry about that, we can't help ourselves, can we?

At the console you'll want to type:

urpmi emacs-w3

and then just type emacs-w3 to fire it up.

emacs-w3 is a web browser written in the eLisp language, which is what emacs was 
written in.

I personally would recommend Lynx, Links, or eLinks for a text-based web browser. You 
can get any of these simply with:

urpmi lynx
urpmi links
urpmi elinks

I personally prefer elinks because it has table support.
